Kali-FLCE combines decades of experience in conveyor design, precision manufacturing, and engineering consulting of FLCE (France) and Kali BMH Systems (India)
We design systems for long-distance, high-capacity, and space-constrained environments across mining, cement plants, ports, steel plants, and power plants.
Our capabilities span feasibility studies, layout development, mechanical and structural engineering, dynamic simulations, and reverse engineering. We also support OEMs and component manufacturers with detailed engineering and interface coordination.
Alongside new projects, we step in where systems underperform — identifying root causes, resolving design inefficiencies, and extending equipment life. Whether it’s a cross-country overland conveyor or a retrofit in a restricted plant layout, our goal remains the same: build systems that perform — and keep performing.
